IS Equipment Rental, LLC company is founded by Paul Licausi. He is the president of LS Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (an industrial real estate company of over 25 years in business).
Through the years, Paul had the opportunity to work with several construction companies as a result of doing commercial real estate business.
IS Equipment Rental, LLC is a product of our continuous expansion program that eventually led us to acquire a fleet of heavy equipment and machinery. The company has since succeeded at stepping into the construction market with a fleet that has proven to be instrumental in establishing a stable foothold into the construction equipment market.
